FAQs
The Answers You Need
Do you cover my area?
We aim to work within a 15-mile radius of central Cambridge. We tend to areas including South Cambridge, St Ives and central.
Do you offer a guarantee with your work?
Yes, this varies from 1 to 10 years depending on the job, circumstances and materials used. This can be discussed with us in advance.
Do you offer value for money?
For the quality of work, and the service we like to offer, we consider we provide good value. This doesn't mean we are the cheapest, as we believe in ethical working conditions for our employees, and honest company culture. Those offering the cheapest quote do not always provide that and ultimately end up compromising on service.
Do you carry out your own work or will we be dealing with a sub contractor?
We like to offer the client a personal service with continuity. All work is carried out by us, however, on the rare occasion we require a subcontractor to carry out a part of the job, you will still be dealing with us directly.
Do you give free quotes?
For landscape projects, if you have all the relevant information to hand, including, materials to be used, dimensions, designs and when you'd like to have it completed, we can provide a free quote.
Alternatively, we offer a consultation visit based on an hourly rate to discuss your needs.
For maintenance and garden tidy up, we can provide a free quote after viewing and discussing the requirements of the job.
